Help for problems when connecting to the eBike Flow app for the first time
Instructions on how to connect your eBike to the eBike Flow app can be found here. If that doesn't work, check the following points:
- The eBike Flow app can only be used with the latest system generation, the smart system from Bosch eBike Systems. Check
here to see whether your eBike is compatible.
- Make sure that your eBike and smartphone are nearby and that both devices are switched on.
- Always check that your internet and Bluetooth are switched on. Make sure that the eBike Flow app has the authorization to use Bluetooth. If you are using a smartphone with Android 12 or an older version, you must also activate the location services.
- You should also check the energy saving mode settings, if you have an Android smartphone. If energy saving mode is enabled, Bluetooth will be switched off.
- Switch the eBike and the smartphone off and on again.
- Is your eBike already registered to another user? If that's the case, follow the instructions here.
