My smartphone is not available. How can I unlock my eBike?
Is your smartphone battery flat? Have you lost your smartphone? Is your smartphone broken? You can also unlock your eBike when your smartphone is not available.
Install the eBike Flow app on another smartphone and pair it with your eBike using your SingleKey ID.* Now you can unlock your eBike. Your eBike remains unlocked until it is switched off again. Don't forget to log off afterward.
Note: Your eBike will switch off if it is not used for 10 minutes or if you remove the eBike battery or the Kiox 300 or Kiox 500 display (if applicable).
By the way, even if your eBike is locked, you can still pedal it and use it like a normal bike.
*If you are using Purion 200 or Kiox 400C and your eBike is locked by eBike Lock, it is possible that no Bluetooth symbol will be displayed during the pairing process. Pairing still takes place. Press the power button for approx. 5 seconds during pairing – if you press for much longer, the display is reset and the eBike restarted. You can also monitor the pairing process in the eBike Flow app and release the power button as soon as it indicates that Purion 200/Kiox 400C is in pairing mode.
