Why do I get an error message when I try to set up the Lock function on another eBike?
A) The Lock function can be set up to a maximum of four eBikes and the maximum number has already been reached.
B) It can take up to two hours after activating the Lock function on the first eBike until the Lock function can be set up on another eBike.
Note: The option to purchase the premium features (Premium feature Lock, custom riding modes, Topo range indicator) in the Bosch eBike Connect app shop via Google Play Store or the Apple App Store was discontinued in April 2025. If you have already purchased the premium features, nothing will change. You can continue to use them as usual.
