The dealer replaced my control unit, but the eBike Lock function was not deactivated before the replacement. What do I have to take into account now?
The dealer has replaced your control unit (LED Remote, System Controller, Mini Remote, or Purion 200), but the eBike Lock function was not deactivated before the replacement. Proceed as follows:
- eBike Flow app: In the settings, remove the eBike from the eBike Flow app under
eBike home screen >
eBike settings > Reset & remove.
How-to video | Remove eBike from the app. - Your smartphone: Remove the “smart system eBike” device in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.
- Then reconnect the eBike to the eBike Flow app and register it. We show you how this works here.
- eBike Lock and eBike Alarm – if available – are automatically reactivated if the functions were activated before the control unit was replaced.
