My on-board computer displays a 'Lock' symbol and support level "Off". What does that mean?
The Lock function is activated on the eBike and you are not using the on-board computer with which the function was set up.

Note: The option to purchase the premium features (Premium feature Lock, custom riding modes, Topo range indicator) in the Bosch eBike Connect app shop via Google Play Store or the Apple App Store was discontinued in April 2025. If you have already purchased the premium features, nothing will change. You can continue to use them as usual.
