Requirements

To use eBike Alarm and “Current charge level”, your eBike must be equipped with the ConnectModule. Your specialist dealer or eBike manufacturer can tell you whether your eBike is compatible with the ConnectModule. You also have the option of checking in the eBike Flow app via the  eBike home screen >  eBike settings > Components whether the ConnectModule can be retrofitted to your eBike.

To use the "extended navigation" premium service, your eBike must be equipped with the Kiox 300, Kiox 500 or Kiox 400C display.
