Troubleshooting
If connection problems arise with the enviolo shifting system, first check the following:
Checking and re-establishing connection
- Check in the eBike Flow app under
eBike home screen >
eBike settings > Components to see whether eShift is correctly connected (green dot).
- If this is not the case, delete the gear shifting system from the list of connected components in the eBike Flow app and from the Bluetooth device list on your smartphone.
- Re-connect the gear shifting system with your eBike by following the steps in the "Setting up eShift" section.
Contact your specialist dealer or shifting system partner
Your specialist dealer will be happy to help you check the Bluetooth connection (pairing) and set it up again if necessary or reset the existing connection and pair it again.
For specific error codes (e.g. 0x1B764x), please contact the shifting system manufacturer enviolo directly.
