Opening and closing the Settings menu

The settings menu can be accessed from the status screen when stationary. To do this, press the selection button (▪) for longer than one second. You can now use + and - to navigate up and down between the menu items. Briefly press the selection button to select a menu item and move down one level in the menu. If you press and hold the selection button for longer than one second, you jump back one level in the menu or exit the settings menu.
