How can I change my email address or password?

To change your email address or password, open the eBike Flow app and tap  Profile > Account > SingleKey ID.

Log in to the SingleKey ID Portal with the same login details that you use for the eBike Flow app registration. After you enter your email address or phone number and password, you can change your email address and password.
