The status screen can be accessed from the start screen using the selection button on the Mini Remote or the selection button (▪) on the Kiox 400C.
You will find the following information on the status screen:
Current Time
Connection indicator
Connection status
You can see whether there is a Bluetooth connection to the eBike Flow app by checking the phone icon on the status screen. A green tick indicates there is a connection to the phone. An orange cross indicates there is no Bluetooth connection.
Charging external devices
The charging process for external devices connected to the USB socket is indicated by a green tick on the charging symbol on the status screen under "Connections".
Settings menu
Press and hold the selection button on the Mini Remote to access the settings.
The settings menu can be accessed from the status screen of the Kiox 400C when stationary. To do this, press the selection button (▪) for longer than one second.
