Requirements

With the ConnectModule, you equip your eBike with GPS, a SIM card and motion sensors. This means you are always connected to your eBike and can use the premium services of the Flow+ subscription.

• A paid Flow+ subscription is required for the ConnectModule to work. When using Flow+, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. You can try Flow+ for free – for 12 months with the ConnectModule.
• The ConnectModule can only be used with a smart system eBike.
• To work well, the ConnectModule must have both GPS reception and a mobile connection.
• To be able to send alarm notifications and location updates, the ConnectModule needs a connection to the internet via mobile communications. If your eBike is moved a lot but the ConnectModule cannot connect to the Internet, it will try to connect until reception is available again.
