I’m having problems establishing a connection between the Intuvia 100 Update app and the Intuvia 100 display. What can I do?
To perform the update, the Intuvia 100 Update app must be connected to your Intuvia 100. If no connection can be established, please try the following:
- Make sure that all the necessary settings for connecting to the Intuvia 100 are activated on your phone.
- Make sure that your Intuvia 100 is within Bluetooth range.
- Make sure that your eBike is switched off, otherwise your display will connect to your eBike and no connection can be established between Intuvia 100 and the Intuvia 100 Update app.
- Make sure that you have set your Intuvia 100 to "Pairing Mode". To do this, press and hold the Bluetooth button on the back of your Intuvia 100. Follow the instructions in the Intuvia 100 Update app and release the Bluetooth button as soon as "Pairing Mode" appears on the display. Then click on "Connect" in the Intuvia 100 Update app.
Internet connection
To install the latest update on your Intuvia 100, you need an active internet connection. Therefore, please activate mobile data or connect your phone to Wi-Fi. In the absence of an internet connection, the Intuvia 100 Update app displays the message "Firmware download failed".
