After updating my eBike, I can adjust the maximum power and support – but not the torque. What should I do?

We recommend that you remove your eBike from the digital eBike garage in your eBike Flow app and then add it again. To do this, tap the  eBikes button at the top left of the  eBike home screen. Once you have added your eBike again, a message will automatically appear on the home screen in the eBike Flow app. Simply tap on it and follow the instructions from within the app.

Alternatively, you can go to the  eBike settings in the eBike Flow app. Then select the eBike updatemenu item, tap on the blue New performance value for your drive unit banner and follow the instructions. You will then also be able to increase the torque in the custom riding modes.

Note: The eBike manufacturer can limit the maximum performance values by means of a factory setting.
