How do I get eMTB+ mode?

Please note: eMTB+ mode is exclusively available for the Performance Line CX (BDU384Y), Performance Line CX (BDU374Y), Performance Line CX-R (BDU386Y), Performance Line SX (BDU314Y) and Performance Line CX Race Limited Edition (BDU376Y).

How to get eMTB+ mode:

1. Install the latest version of the eBike Flow app
   Make sure that the latest version of the eBike Flow app is installed on your smartphone.
2. Updating your eBike
   After downloading the new version of the eBike Flow app, you can update your eBike with the smart system using the eBike Flow app.
3. Activate eMTB+ mode in the eBike Flow app
   To do this, go to  eBike home screen >  eBike settings > Custom riding modes in your eBike Flow app. You can define your own set of a maximum of four riding modes for your eBike via Edit list. Here, you can activate eMTB+ mode after deactivating another riding mode.
4. Adjusting support
   In eMTB+ mode, the maximum support can be increased from the default setting of 340% to a maximum support of 400%. To do this, move the slider in the Support tile to +5.

Note: With the Performance Line CX (BDU384Y) you can also adjust the power and torque and with the Performance Line SX (BDU314Y) the torque. More information on adjusting the performance values is available here.
